There's just something about cockroaches in particular. Sure, there is a plethora of other insects and bugs out there, but for some odd reason cockroaches don't bode well with me. In some cases, they may take the cost of it off your rent, but make sure such an agreement is in writing so they can not come back and try to say you didn't pay your rent at a later date. Remember, cockroaches will be on this planet long after even us humans are gone! If you don't take the task of exterminating these little guys seriously, they can survive!
